Who is Velken.land built for?
Anyone selling a plotted venture in India: developers, land promoters, channel partners and brokers. It works for residential open plots, gated villa plots, farm land and industrial or warehousing parks.
What do I need to send you?
Three things: the approved layout (a DWG or DXF file, or a PDF drawn to scale), a Google Maps pin for the site, and your logo and brand colour.
If all you have is a scan, a photo or a printed brochure, we redraw it in CAD first. That is an add-on, quoted before any work starts.
How soon will my venture be live?
Usually within 5 to 10 hours of receiving a usable layout, the map pin and your branding. A layout that has to be redrawn from a scan first takes a little longer, and we tell you how long up front.
How is the price worked out?
Each venture has its own subscription: Velken Pro at ₹2,499 a month or ₹24,990 a year per venture, with standard setup free; paid yearly, 12 months cost the price of 10. Or pay once: ₹10,000 plus ₹1,000 per acre.
The first period is paid before we start building, and your service period only starts when the viewer launches. You see the exact total before you pay.
Will buyers see your name or mine?
Yours. The viewer carries your project name, logo and colours, and can run on your own domain. Buyers never see a third-party tool.
Do buyers need to download an app?
No. The venture opens in the browser from one link, on any phone, tablet or computer, so it can be shared straight into a WhatsApp chat or an ad.
Can I update plots after the venture goes live?
Yes. From your dashboard you can mark plots as available, reserved, sold or on hold, change prices and premiums, and update the gallery and brochure. Buyers see the changes the next time they open the link.
Changing the layout itself, such as adding plots or moving roads, is redrawn by our team and quoted per revision.
Can I keep sold plots private?
Yes. Share a public link that hides availability with buyers, and keep a second link with live status for your sales team and channel partners.
Can I see who is looking at my venture?
You get visitor reports: how many people opened the venture, where they came from, which plots they explored and how often the link was shared. Visitors stay anonymous; enquiries come to you directly.
Is the 3D viewer an approval or legal document?
No. It is built from your approved layout exactly as drawn, as a sales and marketing tool. We do not design or approve layouts, and buyers should still rely on the approved plan and registration documents.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and management are included for as long as the venture’s subscription is active, monthly or yearly.
