Ventures usually track plots in a spreadsheet and send buyers a colour-coded PDF that is out of date the day after it is shared. Velken.land puts plot availability on the 3D layout itself, so every link always shows which plots are open now.
How plot status works
- Mark plots Available, Reserved, Sold, On hold or any custom status, each with its own colour.
- Update many plots at once from the admin panel.
- Buyers see the change the next time they open the link — no new PDF to send.
- Set prices, premiums for corners or east-facing plots, and zones or phases.
One link for buyers, another for your team
Share a public link that hides availability, and keep a separate link with live inventory for your sales team and channel partners. What each person sees depends only on the link they open.
How it works
- Send the approved layout as a CAD file (DWG or DXF) or a vector PDF. Only have a scan or photo? It is redrawn in CAD first, quoted separately.
- Share one Google Maps pin for the site, so the layout sits on its real coordinates.
- Send your logo and brand colours. The viewer goes live on your own branded link, usually within 48 hours.
Pricing
The same rates anywhere in India, scaled to the size of the venture: ₹3,000 per acre plus a ₹15,000 management fee for setup, hosting and support, with 18% GST added. Projects start at ₹30,000 + 18% GST, all 20 features are included, and you see the exact total before you pay. Add-ons such as image-to-CAD conversion and 3D villa massing are quoted up front, only if you need them.

Can I hide sold plots from buyers?
Yes. A public link can hide availability completely, while your team’s link shows live status.
Do I still need an Excel availability sheet?
No. The status of every plot lives in the viewer’s admin panel, and the 3D layout is the availability chart.
