Most plot buyers live far from the land they are buying — in the city, in another state or abroad. A Velken.land 3D viewer lets them walk the venture from their phone: the approach road, the plot they like, its neighbours, the open spaces and the sun across it, all on the real map.

How it works
- Send the approved layout as a CAD file (DWG or DXF) or a vector PDF. Only have a scan or photo? It is redrawn in CAD first, quoted separately.
- Share one Google Maps pin for the site, so the layout sits on its real coordinates.
- Send your logo and brand colours. The viewer goes live on your own branded link, usually within 48 hours.
Pricing
The same rates anywhere in India, scaled to the size of the venture: ₹3,000 per acre plus a ₹15,000 management fee for setup, hosting and support, with 18% GST added. Projects start at ₹30,000 + 18% GST, all 20 features are included, and you see the exact total before you pay. Add-ons such as image-to-CAD conversion and 3D villa massing are quoted up front, only if you need them.
Frequently asked questions
Does a virtual site visit replace visiting the site?
No. It shows the approved layout on the real map so buyers can shortlist plots remotely. Most buyers still visit before they register, and arrive knowing which plots they want.
Is it a 360° video or drone footage?
No. It is an interactive 3D model built from your layout and placed on the real map, so buyers can move freely and open any plot. Drone videos and photos can be added to its gallery.
