- Send the approved layout as a CAD file (DWG or DXF) or a vector PDF. Only have a scan or photo? It is redrawn in CAD first, quoted separately.
- Share one Google Maps pin for the site, so the layout sits on its real coordinates.

Pricing
The same rates anywhere in India: ₹1,500 per acre plus a ₹10,000 management fee, with 0% GST added. All 20 features are included, and you see the exact total before you pay. Add-ons such as image-to-CAD conversion and 3D villa massing are quoted up front, only if you need them.
